Foggy Waters Marina on Bayou Liberty played host to our interclub tournament on January 17, 2026, with twelve teams in attendance. Despite the cold, windy, and cloudy conditions prevailing throughout most of the day, the teams persevered, and their efforts paid off with all teams bringing in fish. Notably, ten teams managed to bring in five fish limits, showcasing the competitors' skill.
Interclub Results:
1st place: Brody Richard / Jake Jarreau with 5 fish for 9.50lbs
2nd place: Maggie Bryant / Emerson Cahill with 5 fish for 9.10lbs
3rd place: Austin Taylor / Carter McKnight with 5 fish for 7.70lbs.
Maggie Bryant secured the Big Bass award with a 4.4lb fish, also her personal best, named Natalie.
This successful event kick-started the 2026 year on a high note. Appreciation is extended to all involved, including participants, supporters, and sponsors, for their contributions to the teams and kids.
