Biography Rebecca is thrilled at the opportunity to begin her career as a PE teacher/coach. She started her college career in kinesiology, but decided to follow her passion for teaching. Because of life circumstances, she was not able to enroll in a PE teaching program, and went to her local community college and school online at Grand Canyon Universtiy for a degree in elementary education. While teaching academics, she was able to coach at the intermediate level of students flag football, basketball, and cross country. The only thing Rebecca is more passionate about than her students, is health and fitness. She is eager and excited to be able to educate in health, fitness, and a love of sports to the girls at CMS! Aside from running and workiing out, Rebecca enjoys spending family time with her husband Zach, stepson Jaxon, and her dog Roux.
