Full Time Virtual Students

  • Broken Chromebook/laptop?
    • If your laptop is physically broken and needs repair, you will need to bring it to the CCSS District office and tell them that you are a Virtual student.
  • Issue with logging onto a Google Chromebook?
    • Make sure to use the correct format.
      • Username: SIDNO@centralcss.org (SIDNO= your 7 digit student ID number)
      • Password: Please submit a Help Desk Form below for help with student password formats.
    • If you are still having issues, please reach out to the Help Desk below.
  • Issue logging into or using a program?
    • Please reach out to the Help Desk below and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Hybrid and 1:1 On-Campus Students

  • Broken Chromebook/laptop?
